Send SKU/Product Model Codes to Bynder

To streamline the asset linkage to your products, the connector enables you to send SKU or product model codes (along with labels) directly to Bynder’s metadata fields. This functionality ensures accuracy and consistency in product-to-asset links and simplifies asset retrieval.

For additional product information, other fields can also be mapped to Bynder’s metadata.

Automatically import visuals

With our connector, asset images in Akeneo PIM are created as URLs, the binaries remain hosted on Bynder.

This means you get:

• Display product images directly in Akeneo’s product list and detail pages, enhancing usability without storing duplicate files.
• Optimized Channel Distribution
• Only URLs are sent to distribution channels, keeping the binaries secure on Bynder’s CDN.

Asset for many products

Need to assign the same asset to multiple products? With the connector’s Multiple Products Association feature, you can easily link one asset to various products:

1. Add the relevant SKUs in Bynder as metadata
2. Let the connector automatically associate the asset to each product via metadata information.

Reverse mapping

Easily send selected attribute values from Akeneo to Bynder as metadata to enhance filtering options in your DAM. Choose which attributes you want to sync, creating valuable metadata to help organize and retrieve assets more efficiently.
